CNCC - Change Number of Connected Components

Definition

A node’s CNCC value represents the increase of connected components in the whole network.

CNCC(u) = CC(u)−CC(0)

CC(i) is the number of connected components of the whole network when removing node u and all its connecting edges, and CC(0) represents the number of connected components of the original network.
